Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of bexram.com, which is operated by Bexram LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Website purpose
This site provides general information about Bexram, its capabilities, and the types of software services it may offer. Website content is not a binding proposal, warranty, service-level commitment, or promise of a specific result.
Contacting Bexram does not create a client, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Services begin only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of Bexram and the customer.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the site, systems, or accounts.
- Interfere with availability, integrity, security, or normal operation.
- Introduce malware, automated abuse, scraping that creates unreasonable load, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, copy, graphics, logos, software, and other original materials are owned by Bexram LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance describes technologies or services and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Information you submit
You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not send confidential source code, credentials, protected health information, payment data, or other sensitive material through a general website inquiry unless Bexram has provided an approved, secure method under an appropriate written agreement.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Project-specific confidential information is governed only by an applicable nondisclosure or services agreement.
Third-party services
The site may identify or link to third-party products and services. Bexram does not control third-party sites, terms, security, availability, or privacy practices and is not responsible for them. Review the terms and policies of any third-party service you choose to use.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Bexram disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Site content is not legal, medical, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice. Statements about security, privacy, healthcare, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, or compliance describe potential engineering capabilities; actual requirements and responsibilities must be defined for each project in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bexram LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction where Bexram LLC maintains its principal office, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
