Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Bexram LLC, a Texas limited liability company, handles personal information through bexram.com and related business communications. It does not govern a customer product or service unless that product expressly links to this policy.
When you submit the website inquiry form, the information is transmitted to Bexram through anti-abuse services operated by Cloudflare and security and email-delivery services operated by Amazon Web Services. The form is intended only for ordinary business inquiries.
Information we handle
We may handle the following limited categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your name, work email, company, project details, timing, and other information you choose to send by email or through an enabled inquiry form.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, request timestamps, and anti-abuse verification results in standard service logs.
- Business communications. Messages, proposals, meeting notes, and records needed to evaluate or manage a business relationship.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through a general website inquiry.
How we use information
We use information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
